Friday Celebration is back. We recognized Five VIPs using a new process this year: Tristan's B., Kevin G., Laken W., Aaron G., and Trystin E. We also selected Klinton R. As student of the month. We are off to a great start. Our Homecoming Royalty stopped for a pose as well.











Relevancy? Check! Applicable Work Skills? Check!! On the Job Training while still in high school for building trades? Check...Check...and...Check!!! This project is a true winner.











DCS volleyball wraps up the Arapahoe triangular. Everyone played. Still learning and playing hard. Hitchcock County wins the second dual in two.











DCS battles in the second set but falls 25-16 to the Warriors of Arapahoe. Showing improvement on this young season. We are passing better and doing some good things. They drop the match 0-2. Hitchcock County is next.











Quarter 1 JH Agricultural Explore class created a collage of photos they thought represented agriculture after learning a little about the history of agriculture! Breck, Hunter, Reid, Trynt, Cale, Kayla, Ava, and Esmaye all did a great job!



The chemistry class practiced lighting Bunsen burners today in class. They also used copper wire to find the hottest part of the flame. 🔥🥼



DCS volleyball meets Nebraska basketball!!!


Juniors will be having a potato bar at tomorrow's night football game in the concessions stand! Game starts at 7pm!

In a time when substitutes are in VERY short supply, we are fortunate to have some that are willing to help us. Thank you to Mrs. Jacobitz who spends time before and after school learning the content with a classroom teacher to best support our students.






Non-core teachers at DCS get the most out of our students. Kudos to Mr.Loghry and Mr. Spargo. A bit of novelty and variety is demonstrated in their lesson designs.










Hey 7-12 grade students! Don't forget about our CTSO picnic tonight at 5:45! Come on out for food, games, and to learn about our organizations! We hope to see you there!


JH Volleyball hosted the Wolves of Maywood-Hayes Center today. Pretty entertaining volleyball today. Lots of talent in this JH.











It may take a village to raise a child, but it takes a family to put on school events. Thanks everyone for helping at today's JH volleyball match.
