Today we celebrated a very special event, the Q and U wedding. We all know the q cannot make words without u by its side so today we witnessed their promises to stick together to form words like queen, quick, and quiet. It was a very fun-filled afternoon.

Teacher Appreciation Week is kicking off with a fun game of Survivor! Today at DCS Elementary, we have braved the Lava Floor, the friendly Self on a Shelf, and the amazing Mrs. Morris!

Mrs. Marshall and the 6th Grade were at the secondary school for a second time today as they transition to the middle school. Today they were in a classroom and talked to their future teachers. They also enjoyed lunch and the JH track meet.

Survivor is off and running!

It's Teacher survivor week here at DCS! May the odds be ever in their favor!

Concessions are open at the track meet!! Enjoy fresh grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and support FBLA as they raise funds for Nationals.

Dundy County Stratton FBLA and FCCLA Honors Night. These kids are the heartbeat of our service agencies and leadership. They are BLAZING new paths.

Celebrations are for everyone. Right ladies?

Show Choir (Homegrown Harmonies) entertaining the DCS family during our celebration.

That was truly epic! We celebrated with a phenomenal Show Choir performance and updated every active and performing program at DCS. We honored three deserving staff members with awards and recognized several VIPs who embodied our cherished values. Additionally, we selected two outstanding students for April and May. We also recognized Spanish Class students for their excellent work. This celebration had everything! Thank you to the talented Show Choir for helping us present the awards today.

Safety Day at DCS Elementary School! Thank you Dundy County Hospital and all the Vendors for making this Day possible!

I'm a little late posting, but we have 3 more addition black belt mathematicians!! Congratulations Reed, Aylin, and Raiden!

I've caught a few pictures from our alphabet countdown. Letter b was bubble day, letter d was donut day, and let m was mismatch and mustache day.
