Happy Friday all. What a celebration! New DCS secondary Principal Sandy O’Neil accepted my invitation to join the meeting via Zoom. She started the meeting with a great message for our family. Thanks for joining us Sandy. We awarded several VIPs (two of which were student nominated). We recognized Spring activities and profiled a number of school records that have fallen in track and field. We honored Jen Franco and Emma Baldeh for their Art and Poetry awards. We also selected two new students of the Month: Diego Alvarez and Maelee Forch for being such great examples of student leaders. Mrs. Lindsay Anderson and Mrs. Zarkowski were selected for staff recognition. Lindsay for all the great things she does and Marilyn for her work on the Ceramic Tile project. So much to celebrate in our great school. Be proud Tigers!

Every Friday we get the privilege of listening to our students sing "The Star-Spangled Banner". This week was our 2nd grade's turn.
