Wow! What a celebration. New record for VIPs(21) and three staff were celebrated. FFA week culminated with a calf being kissed (poor thing). So much to celebrate at DCS.

Our students and fans are the best. Roar Tigers!!!

We are in our final moments for the Kiss-a-Calf competition. Right now we are in a race between Mr. Lurz and Mr. Temme! Watch the kiss LIVE tomorrow morning on the FFA Facebook page to watch the loser kiss Whopper the bucket calf!

6 of our FFA members attended the Cattlemen's Classic to meet other FFA members, talk to ag businesses and look at quality cattle. This was the first trip to the classic for everyone and we are excited to return in the future!

Farm Bureau Foundation Connecting Chapters + Ag Literacy Day for Nat. FFA Week= A perfect combination!
FFA Officers visited the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grade classrooms to complete ag literacy projects.
Thank you Miss Fahrenholz, Mrs. Behlke, and Mrs. Stamm for letting us come in!

As you can see by the picture, we had great student support for Tuesday night's Sub-District playoff game. This is in large part due to the donation of funds from Stroup's Diamond J Wagyu Beef sponsoring 25 students at $5.00 each. We could use some more funding to help our student body attend tonight's game! If you are willing to sponsor some students, please call or stop by the High School office to pledge your support! Go Tigers, and Thank you Jordan and Hannah!

DCS FANS: For tonight's basketball game, the stage bleachers will be for students only! Students: Please do not cross the gym floor, you must go around through the north hallway. If students behavior warrants, they will be escorted back to their parents.

Sometimes there are not enough words. Mr. Killingsworth is helping her build a flower box.

Last regular season for boys-it's a win!!

It's senior parents night at DCS. We will all miss this wonderful group of young men! Leaders on and off the court!

We honored August Shaw and Abi Foster as February students of the Month today. The positive contributions these two make to our school are setting a high bar for others to emulate. Congratulations August and Abi! You are both very deserving.

Blake Emig wrestled well in the consolation bracket today at 195 lbs but unfortunately saw his season come to an end. Great job Blake. You had a great year. You definitely showed your stripes today. Tiger Pride.
