The Fine Arts Department put on a wonderful showcase of music and art at DCS! It was an evening filled with creativity, talent, and hard work on display. A special highlight was Mr. Venzon conducting his first choir concert at DCS. Alyssa was awarded the National School Choral Award.

Our Spanish 1 class literally reached new heights on Friday. Inspired by our cultural unit on los castells, the human tower competitions of Tarragona, students put their teamwork and problem solving skills to the test by building their own towers with cups. Intertwining new vocabulary with cultural units, our students are building an understanding of the world beyond our classroom, and having some friendly competitions along the way.

We made it! 🎉 Our 3rd graders wrapped up state testing and filled their behavior chart, earning a fun reward—being their own baristas for the afternoon! So proud of their hard work!

The promenade will be live streamed on April 25 at 5:00 pm. The doors will open to the public at 4:30

All students should enter through the front doors for pictures.

The JV Golf Meet scheduled for Thursday, April 23 at Perkins County has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 29 at 10:00 MT. The Varsity Golf meet at Cambridge tomorrow will still be played as scheduled.
